There was good food, the staff was excellent and efficient. Family room with good facilities accommodated us perfectly. The location of the hotel was very central, right by shops, bars and restaurants, the bus station, and bars nearby.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was great just off the Theatre Royal as well as the bus station, cinema, theatre and a short walk to city centre. Quiet and bright room plus with comfy bed. Fab stay in winter time.

Marvellous location near theatres and many eating places, all the best restaurants and bars, and the restaurant, I felt safe. Had large room with comfortable beds, excellent shower, for example, and protected with smoke detectors.
