The hotel is relaxing and impeccably clean, nestled in a very comfortable building with pleasant view of The town. Marvellous and particularly good location in the center of Glasgow, you can walk everywhere. Also, it is just next door to the restaurant at 7.40 pm, bus terminal and the nearby attractions.

Double room with a very comfortable bed, balcony plus bedroom. Unbeatable, incredible location so close to everything being based in George sq. Good food at the rooftop restaurant.

Had an awesome stay for 1 night. Our breakfast was sensational and with views over Glasgow city center; the staff was absolutely lovely and charming. Walk from the central station, everything was great for us.

The staff was excellent and knowledgeable and solved our problems immediately. The venue was set in the central position near the shopping centre, all shops bars & restaurants and both the bus and train stations. Seafood restaurant The Good Catch was located 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel was fabulous and immaculately clean with awesome views of the skyline. Outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff and everything was exceptional. Thanks to an excellent service I had a comfortable stay. The location of the property was very central, really close to the Carlton George for a single night after a long flight in from Los Angeles, the center, and shops and bars and train and bus stations. Also, an equestrian statue was at a short distance. No complaints, the venue met the demands.

It was spotlessly clean, I will be back. Had a fine stay with service from every member of staff both friendly and efficient, everything was really good. The staff was friendly attentive and reasonably good in all services.

Tastefully decorated stocked rooms with wonderful views of the skyline, and a complimentary minibar, a balcony, and swan shaped towels. Very efficient staff with a very patronising receptionist!

The location within walking distance of many sights in the city Centre was fab and stunning.

The weather was such warm, had very peaceful stay. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, and we could reach City Chambers by walking. Our room was beautifully decorated and top-notch, equipped with a fully stocked mini bar containing decanters of gin, soft drinks, for example. The staff was responsive and competent and provided very good service.

Its location is particularly good & incredible, just next door to George Square and next tonQueen St station, the shops and center of city. All in all they offer good service.

Had good sleep at the double room with free Whisky, balcony, chocolates. Provided breakfast was above average and rich with croissants and a fried egg and have continental, exceeded our expectations.

Had very nicely furnished room with aircon, access to the lounge, a bathtub, and protected with smoke detectors. I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect, very close to Glasgow, and the underground.

Came in Glasgow to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was unique base for doing it. The staff was excellent, provided a fast check-in and an easy check-out. The service was great. There were excellent internet and discounted parking available.

I spent 2 nights and would want to stay there again. The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the double room with street views, everything was really good. I ate at a very pleasant restaurant for breakfast. The location was perfect, relatively near a contemporary art gallery. Took a walk around city centre, located relatively near the hotel.

It is a nice base for shopping, has beautiful views of the Glasgow skyline. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, close to Princes Square. And just off subway/metro as well as the taxi rank in George Square. Do recommend to all.

Well, it was a memorable stay for a business trip. The room was terrific and delightful and what's more - included a shower and bath robes. The location was brilliant right in the centre of Glasgow with everything walking distance around you, close to a contemporary art gallery. I greatly enjoyed the lounge restaurant, serving hot cuisine.

The weather was such warm, had just perfect stay in September last year. The setting of hotel was incredible and pleasant, in the heart of Glasgow. It was also so close to public transport, Center station and Queen station, the centre of Glasgow. On the plus side, there was parking onsite.
