We liked its rooms and location and the breakfast they serve, it was great! The manager was always available. Within 5 mins walk there is cafe in the botanics, offering hot beverages and treats.

one of the food options, bo'vine meats & wines, situated very close to the accommodation was absolutely worth it. it was walking distance to mackintosh house. all beds were comfy.

There was no lift.
