The hotel is lively and neat. There is plenty of amazing food for breakfast. The room is functional with the bedroom, coffee/tea, comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are very responsive. The location is central, not far from railway stations, and the Buchanon bus station. Besides, the property is located 3 km away from a Kensington palace.

Unbeatable position along with outstandingly accommodating staff are the reasons we really enjoyed this wonderful hotel. The service is excellent, includes free parking. In fact, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Loved our very nice stay for holiday. Everything was very good, well-mannered staff, incredible location just off Glasgow city centre, good restaurants and bars and the bus stops, tube and the central railway station. The breakfast was great and excellent, included great options. Our double room was equipped with comfortable bed and the bedroom.

Their rooms are always beautifully designed and functional with the bedroom and coffee/tea. The location is very central. It's in the great area which is another bonus. Access to the central station, which is minutes from the property.

Everything was very comfortable, I liked my stay. A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in my standard king room. The staff was well-mannered, I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was in a very central location near bus station underground shops. I found Troubadour London offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue...
