Overall it was well-kept and brand-new, with a private bathroom. The location was fantastic in the centre of everything that's a plus, the staff were happy to help. The hotel took care of the very good service.

Well, it was a very delightful stay during winter time. Really kind, amazingly great staff, were happy to help. Excellent views, the breakfast was gorgeous with sausages, toast plus hot options.

Delicious and plentiful breakfast choices with vegetarian sausages and tomato, for instance, family atmosphere. Perfect location near the centre of Glasgow, very clean restaurants in the local area. Besides, easy to get to a public park. Very good service everywhere. The reception with a bar.

Unbeatable location in a very relaxing area close to Central Station, city centre, trains and buses and 3 train stations: central, Queen Street and High Street. Again, not far from a monument-filled public park.

I appreciated 1 night there. The place was fairly clean and top-class, had especially helpful and very caring staff at the reception desk. I was upgraded to a nice size and well-equipped standard room with sofa. Climate control, a kettle, and coffee available were an advantage. That hotel was in an ideal and nice location, to the main shops. Also, Liverpool Central Library was placed nearby.

The location was beautiful very near the event at Glasgow green. The staff were happy to help, gave a few recommendations. We had a continental breakfast, which was astonishing.

Everything is fine here, had a good stay for an overnight business trip. The location is central, near the shopping street and vibrant merchant city, George Square and City Chambers and train station and the high street.
