Clean place with very pleasant and accommodating staff. Good and adequate breakfast with cooked served very fast, many warm options plus the 'turkey' rashers and magnificent location. Exceptionally comfortable hotel very close to a subway station in Glasgow.

It's comfortable hotel with consistently courteous personnel on reception desk. The location is magnificent, the breakfast is satisfactory. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is nice. This is a venue go-to for Glasgow!

Every visit to Glasgow we like to stay here. The place is fairly clean and gorgeous. All the staff members are caring and excellent. The breakfast is delicious and adequate with bacon or haggis, cooked served very fast and the sausage, and the service is good.

The hotel was charming old, exceptional services provided, ideal location in the West End which is handy for the night life. In our great value for money room with the garden view bed was comfortable. We had a continental breakfast with a wide range of options.

The hotel's location was good and handy, in the event that I got lost with shopping streets and retailers within walking distance.

The hotel is pleasant and clean, nestled in a really nice building with particularly nice view of lovely sunset and eco-minded property. Plus, this hotel is really close to Kelvingrove Park, botanical gardens and Hillhead, many restaurants and bars, and subway stations, Byres Road, restaurants and movie theatre.

Our stay here was very lovely, perfect place for exploring Glasgow. The room was neat with a comfy bed and a shower, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the bathroom. The fact that it overlooked garden.

That was pleasant and interesting hotel set in fairly nice area, really close to very good pubs, museums, and the Botanic Gardens and Byres Road. The staff were superfriendly and attentive and provided good service. The location was stunning, within walking distance of an acclaimed 27-acre park.

The room was huge, airy with modern bathroom and the overall experience was very enjoyable. You could leave a car on site. Stunning and brilliant location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

Incredible and brilliant location close to the bus stop for Highlands was a plus. We loved to spend 2 days in twin room.

We strongly recommend this accommodation, thanks very much for a fantastic stay. As picky eaters we loved to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Wudon couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away...

Planned to see Glasgow major attractions and it was best base for visiting all of them.

you can eat at non viet hai, which is set 1000 feet away from the property. we really enjoyed staying at heritage. comfortable place for your vacations in glasgow.

Some of great tourist attractions like hunterian museum were right by the hotel. It was definitely 3 stars for us. We enjoyed our time here:)))
